GalTone Studio exists for one simple purpose:
to make guitar modelers sound like the tones you know from records.
Devices like ToneX, Kemper, Helix, NAM or Valeton can sound amazing - but most factory presets don’t really feel like the album sounds we grew up with. Often they are either too harsh, too dark, or require a lot of tweaking before they become inspiring.
GalTone Studio presets are designed so you don’t have to tweak.
You load the preset, hit a chord, and it already feels right - whether you play at home, rehearse with a band, or plug straight into a PA.
Each pack focuses on real, recognizable guitar tones:
- natural amp response and dynamics
- comfortable gain levels
- balanced EQ that works at bedroom volume and live volume
- ready to play without additional processing
The goal isn’t to simulate gear.
The goal is to recreate the experience of playing a great guitar tone.
If you forget about settings and just keep playing - then the preset did its job.
GalTone Studio was founded in Kraków, Poland by Piotr Galiński - session musician, vocalist and recording engineer who has spent over 15 years working with guitar tones in studio and live environments.
The project also includes the GalToneStudio YouTube channel, where tones, recordings and demos are regularly published and tested in real musical situations.
