Frequently Asked Questions
All of our preset files are delivered as .zip archives. Before using the presets, you need to extract (unzip) the files.
In most cases, you can simply double-click the .zip file and your computer will extract it automatically. If that doesn’t work, you can use a free extraction program such as WinZip (Windows) or The Unarchiver (Mac).
If you still have trouble opening your files, please contact us through the website contact form - we’ll be happy to help.
Your downloads are delivered instantly after purchase.
As soon as your payment is completed, you will automatically receive an email from our store containing your download link.
If you don’t see the email within a few minutes, please:
- Check your Spam/Junk folder
- Check the Promotions tab (Gmail users)
- Make sure you entered the correct email address during checkout
If you still cannot find the email after 10–15 minutes, please contact us using the contact form and we will resend your download link.
Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds on presets.
However, many tone-related issues are caused by incorrect device setup (such as gain staging, output settings, or global EQ adjustments). We are always happy to help you troubleshoot and make sure everything is configured properly.
All tones featured in our YouTube demos are 100% unmixed and come directly from the device.
If you’re unsure whether our tones are right for you, we recommend trying our free presets first. If you have any questions, please contact us before making a purchase - we’re happy to help you choose the right product.
Please contact us using the contact form. We will renew your download links and send them to you again as soon as possible.
We usually respond within 24 hours. However, due to the high number of emails we receive each day, response times may occasionally extend to up to 72 hours.
If you have not received a reply after 72 hours, please send us another email and double-check that your email address was entered correctly and that our message did not go to your spam/junk folder.
First, make sure everything in your signal chain is working properly (cables, guitar, interface, etc.).
Next, confirm that you are using flat-response speakers. Most of our tones are designed for flat-response (FRFR) speakers or studio monitors. They will NOT sound like the demos if you run them through:
- a traditional guitar amp,
- a cab with guitar speakers, or
- anything that colors the frequency response
Guitar amps drastically change the EQ curve, which will make the preset sound muffled, harsh, boomy, or completely unbalanced. Use flat speakers to get the proper tone.
